Aftercare maintenance is as important to us as giving you a great service at the start of a project. Gates need to be maintained regularly to run smoothly and the more frequently a gate is used the more often it should be serviced.
Our maintenance contracts include regular servicing to ensure optimum performance and safety of all equipment. A service gives the additional benefit of highlighting any minor issues before they become major, thereby extending the life of the system.
Our service contracts include Health and Safety Risk assessment and force pressure testing. We can service most main brands of equipment such as SEA, FAAC, BPT, BFT, FADINI, DEA, GIBIDI, NICE, CAME, PRASTEL, VIDEX, TELGUARD.
There are two maintenance contract options:
- Premium contract gives you a guaranteed response within one working day.
- Standard contract gives you a guaranteed response within three working days.
This means you can be assured that your gates will be properly maintained together with peace of mind that any problem will receive prompt attention.
Whichever contract you choose you will receive 10% discount off manufacturers list price for parts as well as labour.
Don’t forget, our 12 month warranty will be extended to 24 months if you take out a maintenance contract, please note this warranty applies to complete new installations.
