Premium Contract
One or two service visits a year (details of which are on attached appendix). Provision of a maintenance contract does not guarantee that your system conforms to the latest European requirements.
In the event of your gates failing, our premium maintenance cover guarantees a response the next working day (notified prior to 4.30pm)
Standard Contract
One or two service visits a year (details of which are on attached appendix). Provision of a maintenance contract does not guarantee that your system conforms to the latest European requirements.
In the event of your gates failing, our standard maintenance cover guarantees a response within 3 working days.
Both include the below.
If parts are required, they are charged at the manufacturer’s list price.
The contract does not include call outs, but they will be charged at a discounted rate of 10%.
